The Iris Oval Extending Dining Table is produced using solid oak.

The table can be extended to provide comfortable seating space for up to ten people (extends to 256cm).

When the table is un-extended both ‘centre leafs’ (additional panels of wood) are stored inside the table and are housed on specially crafted timber bars. To extend the table the ‘centre leafs’ are opened up using traditional timber extension runners. One leaf is supplied with this table as standard, a second leaf can be ordered separately.

It has a solid oak timber base and solid oak top.

Finally it is sealed and sanded repeatedly by hand. It is then finished with an environmentally friendly lacquer that is water resistant.
